On behalf of Grundfos, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Global Marketing Director. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and implement the global marketing strategy for DBS (Domestic Building Services), driving innovation, customer engagement, and measurable growth on a worldwide scale.

The position
As Senior Global Marketing Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing DBS's strategic vision, driving growth, and enhancing global presence. As a key member of the DBS Solution & Marketing Leadership team, you will collaborate with top-tier executives to drive strategic decision-making, business development opportunities, and product portfolio enhancements. Directing a team of Regional Marketing Managers and professionals, you will ensure the effective implementation of impactful global marketing campaigns with a strong focus on digital and online channels.

As a key driver of DBS growth initiatives, you will build and nurture strong relationships across all levels of the organization and within their global leadership network, both internally and externally. With a strong focus on performance, you will lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that prioritize customer-centricity, driving business growth and delivering measurable results.

Your responsibilities include driving innovation through go-to-market concepts, securing customer engagement and satisfaction, and optimizing the customer journey. You will lead efforts to improve marketing performance by advancing data-driven strategies, leveraging AI, utilizing marketing automation, and personalization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is essential to align branding, share best practices, and achieve common strategic objectives.

Additionally, you will manage DBS’s customer-facing digital platforms, oversee budget efficiency, and foster an environment that motivates and engages your team to deliver on the business vision. This role provides a unique opportunity to influence DBS’s strategic initiatives and contribute to its growth by developing marketing excellence and creating differentiation in global markets.

  • Maximizing return on marketing investment (ROMI).

Your profile
To succeed in this role, you are likely to hold a master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with proven experience in developing and delivering strategic initiatives within a complex, global business environment. You have a strong background in B2B marketing, ideally within the manufacturing sector, and experience leading global marketing initiatives.

You possess a deep understanding of digital marketing and have successfully implemented technologies such as AI, data-driven automation, and personalization to enhance performance and engagement. As a leader, you excel at guiding, mentoring, and developing global, multicultural teams, fostering collaboration, and delivering measurable results. You demonstrate the ability to manage complexity and align strategic initiatives with business growth objectives, supported by extensive experience in developing and implementing effective operating processes within the marketing domain.
