Local Store Marketing Manager
On behalf of MAX Premium Burgers, we are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Local Store Marketing Manager to strengthen the brand’s local presence and support the continued expansion across the Danish market. In this role, you will play a central part in translating marketing strategy into impactful local activities that drive restaurant traffic, strengthen brand awareness, and support commercial growth.
You will work closely with restaurants, local partners, and the Nordic marketing organisation to ensure MAX Burgers’ marketing initiatives resonate strongly with local communities. With a hands-on and field-oriented approach, you will identify opportunities, activate local partnerships, and ensure that each restaurant has the right marketing tools and visibility to succeed.

The position
As Local Store Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing local marketing initiatives that strengthen MAX Burgers’ visibility and drive guest traffic to restaurants across Denmark.
Working closely with the Nordic Local Store Marketing organisation, you will translate the overall Nordic LSM strategy into locally relevant campaigns and activities. You will collaborate closely with restaurant teams, operations, creative teams and external partners to ensure strong execution of marketing initiatives in the field. A key part of the role will involve spending time near the restaurants and within local communities, identifying opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and local initiatives that support both brand awareness and sales performance.
You will also play an important role in marketing activities surrounding new restaurant openings, ensuring strong local engagement and visibility from day one.
In the role, you will report to the Local Store Marketing Manager Nordics, based in Sweden.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing the annual Local Store Marketing activity plan for Denmark aligned with the Nordic LSM strategy
- Adapting marketing initiatives to the local needs and market dynamics of each restaurant
- Planning and managing media bookings for local and nationwide campaigns
- Leading marketing initiatives related to new restaurant openings in Denmark
- Identifying and securing local partnerships, sponsorships and collaborations to strengthen brand presence
- Monitoring sales performance and campaign effectiveness and using insights to optimise future activities
- Visiting restaurants and surrounding areas to identify opportunities for increased visibility and guest engagement
- Analysing competitors and local market trends to uncover growth opportunities
- Collaborating closely with Nordic LSM, the internal Creative Studio, Operations and external partners
- Training restaurant teams in LSM tools, marketing concepts and best practices
The role is based in Copenhagen and will involve regular travel between restaurants across Denmark.
Your profile
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded marketing profile who thrives in a dynamic environment where strategy and execution go hand in hand. You enjoy working close to the business, spending time in the field and building strong relationships with local stakeholders, partners and restaurant teams. At the same time, you are comfortable taking ownership of projects and turning insights into concrete marketing activities that create measurable results.
Ideally, you bring approximately 2–5 years of experience within marketing, sales or field marketing, preferably within a consumer-facing or retail-driven environment. You have a strong understanding of how local marketing initiatives can drive visibility, guest engagement and ultimately increase restaurant traffic and sales. Experience with media planning, local activations or partnerships will be considered an advantage. As a person, you are outgoing, energetic and highly self-driven. You enjoy meeting people, identifying opportunities and building collaborations that strengthen the brand locally. You are structured in your approach to planning and prioritisation, allowing you to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a clear focus on results.
You communicate fluently in both Danish and English, written as well as spoken, and you are comfortable negotiating and collaborating with external partners. A strong service mindset and a natural focus on the guest experience are essential in this role. Finally, the position requires a valid driver’s license, as the role involves regular visits to restaurants across Denmark.
