Global Marketing & Brand Director

On behalf of Framna, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Global Marketing & Brand Director to establish and grow the Framna brand, a premium global digital product agency brand, while driving significant commercial impact through strategic marketing initiatives. You will join the Senior Leadership team and have an influential impact on their growth through robust marketing programs and activities.

The Position
As Global Marketing & Brand Director, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive global marketing strategy that drives commercial success and business transformation. You will be integral in defining and executing Framna's marketing blueprint to foster a strong, visible, and highly desirable premium brand, ensuring that it resonates strongly with target audiences by developing and implementing a scalable global marketing strategy that aligns clearly with overarching business objectives.

You will also establish and lead a high-performing global marketing organization, balancing global strategic initiatives with localized market activation, champion a digital-first, data-driven approach emphasizing measurable outcomes, and actively contribute to Framna's M&A activities by managing brand integration and transition strategies for newly acquired entities.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Build and nurture Framna's premium brand, ensuring it resonates strongly with targeted audiences.
  • Develop and implement a scalable global marketing strategy, aligning it clearly with overarching business objectives.
  • Create engaging and distinctive marketing initiatives, positioning Framna as a relevant thought leader in its industry.
  • Establish and lead a high-performing global marketing organization, balancing global strategic initiatives with localized market activation.
  • Champion a digital-first, data-driven approach emphasizing measurable outcomes.
  • Actively contribute to Framna's M&A activities by managing brand integration and transition strategies for newly acquired entities.

 

As a part of the Senior Leadership at Framna, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support Framna’s journey. Office space is located in Copenhagen, Stockholm or Amsterdam.


Your Profile
You have at least 15 years of experience in senior marketing roles, with substantial leadership tenure within international B2B marketing environments, ideally in professional services or comparable sectors. You bring a robust marketing toolkit and demonstrate proven success in integrating marketing with business development to deliver impactful brand concepts. You have a strong digital-first orientation, versed in MarTech platforms, with a continuous drive for innovation and staying at the forefront of marketing trends. Your international experience includes successfully managing and motivating teams across diverse markets, balancing global consistency with local relevance.

You possess a strong commercial mindset, with experience in branding, demand generation, and digital marketing. You have a proven ability to translate corporate strategy into an actionable marketing roadmap, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives. Your expertise includes implementing AI-driven personalization, marketing automation, and data-driven strategies to enhance performance and engagement.

This role requires a strategic yet hands-on marketing leader, experienced in B2B environments, preferably within professional services. You will cultivate a sophisticated marketing operation that is digitally driven, analytics-focused, and capable of delivering measurable results and significant ROI. Your M&A experience and your ability to effectively integrate new entities into existing brand frameworks are crucial. Your leadership style is resilient, strategic, and collaborative, and you possess excellent communication skills.
