Enterprise Marketing Manager
On behalf of Auditdata, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Enterprise Marketing Manager with a passion for B2B marketing, account-based strategies, and building strong relationships with key enterprise clients, particularly in the U.S. market. If you are a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset who thrives in dynamic and collaborative environments, this is the opportunity for you.
About Auditdata
Auditdata is a Danish health tech company delivering innovative software-as-a-service (SaaS) and hardware solutions to audiologists and hearing clinics worldwide. Their mission is to enhance patient experiences and empower hearing care professionals to deliver outstanding care. Headquartered in Copenhagen’s scenic Christianshavn district, Auditdata has 35 team members locally and over 100 employees across the UK, Poland, Canada, Australia, the U.S., and Ukraine.
Auditdata fosters a culture of personal and professional growth, creativity, and collaboration. As a disruptor in the audiology industry, they challenge conventions to drive transformational change, improving the lives of hearing-impaired individuals globally.
The position As Enterprise Marketing Manager at Auditdata, you will be tasked with positioning Auditdata as a trusted enterprise provider by emphasizing value propositions, positioning strategies, and strategic alignment with stakeholder needs. You will play a central role in shaping and executing targeted marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with enterprise hearing retailers. Your focus will be on account-based marketing (ABM), executive engagement, and delivering high-impact programs that drive pipeline growth and brand visibility. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, and Content teams, you will ensure that the customer’s voice is at the heart of Auditdata’s initiatives.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and execute marketing strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth and market expansion. Acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, you will leverage strong relationship management skills to understand their challenges and showcase how Auditdata’s innovative solutions address their needs. Your efforts will help build brand authority and foster meaningful, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across the hearing care industry.
Your responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute targeted enterprise marketing programs using account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand the needs of key stakeholders, relying on their account plans and expertise.
- Conduct interviews, develop case stories, and engage with stakeholders independently to support relationship-building efforts.
- Collaborate on impactful sales enablement materials, success stories, and thought leadership content, effectively positioning Auditdata’s value.
- Leverage customer data and insights to communicate value, using proven results to support strategic messaging.
- Plan and manage high-value marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and executive engagements, serving as the lead project manager for two of Auditdata’s biggest annual events.
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment, including Product, Sales, and Content teams.
Your profile
The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive, strategic marketer who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You are results-driven, with a proven ability to take projects from strategy to execution while maintaining focus on measurable outcomes. You bring experience with large account-based and relationship marketing strategies, along with a keen understanding of enterprise client needs.
As someone who values collaboration, you enjoy working closely across teams and departments to bring campaigns to life. Building relationships – both internally with colleagues and externally with clients – comes naturally to you, and you know how to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Your global perspective, curiosity, and growth-oriented mindset drive you to continually explore new tools, trends, and techniques to elevate marketing efforts.
You are hands-on, thrive in smaller, close-knit teams where individual contributions have a significant impact, and balance strategic thinking with execution. You maintain a structured approach to tasks while thriving in a role that offers variety and a global scope. Passionate about creating meaningful, tangible results that contribute to business growth, you bring a strong desire to learn and a passion for driving change. Experience in B2B software or working in an agency serving enterprise software clients will be a advantage, as will expertise in health tech, SaaS, or other B2B environments.
