The position
As an Engagement Manager at Responsive, you will play a key role in leading project streams and managing teams of consultants, business analysts, architects, developers, and other technology experts. You will guide these teams in the successful execution of projects that drive growth and profitability for their clients. With your experience in digital transformation and commercial excellence, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and ensuring their successful delivery across complex environments.
You will work closely with clients at all levels, building strong relationships and fostering trust. Through your expertise, you will act as a strategic advisor, helping clients transition into the digital age by implementing solutions that align with their business goals. Your leadership will not only ensure the success of the projects but also contribute to the ongoing development and partnership between Responsive and their clients.
You will take full ownership of key streams, from scoping and planning to converting business cases into actionable roadmaps. Specifically, you will be responsible for a project stream on a major client, focusing on digital transformation, defining and implementing new systems, processes and operation models, create strategies for campaign excellence and refining business processes.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a consulting environment, experienced within digital transformation or commercial excellence. Your background should include a proven ability to lead projects and manage complex client relations, with a strong track record of delivering impactful results. You should be adept at managing and executing multi-year transformation programs, particularly those that span multiple tracks and report to C-suite executives.
You lead by example, guiding teams through challenges, setting high standards for execution, and mentoring junior team members. You should have the ability to turn business strategies into actionable roadmaps, successfully driving organizational change and new system implementations. Your experience in business process optimization, organizational transformation, and campaign excellence will be crucial to the role.
With a collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, you are comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Your educational background, ideally in business, IT, or a related field, will complement your hands-on experience in consulting, making you well-prepared to take on this exciting role at Responsive.
