Creative Lead

On behalf of CO/PLUS, we are looking for a commercially minded and conceptually strong Creative Lead to drive campaign development and execution across a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a unique opportunity to take a central role in shaping creative direction, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-impact campaigns in a dynamic and fast-paced agency environment.

The position
As Creative Lead, you will take ownership of campaign ideation, concept development, and execution across key client engagements. You will play a pivotal role in translating strategic briefs into strong creative concepts and ensuring high-quality delivery across all touchpoints.

You will work closely with clients on a retainer basis while also contributing to smaller, project-based initiatives. Acting as both a creative driver and a trusted client partner, you will present ideas, challenge briefs, and ensure that creative output meets both commercial and brand objectives.

The role requires a high degree of independence, while also being an integral part of a collaborative creative team where sparring, knowledge sharing, and mentoring of more junior profiles are part of the everyday work.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive campaign concept development from brief to execution.
  • Translate strategy into strong, insight-driven creative ideas.
  • Lead and present creative concepts to clients with confidence.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure high-quality execution across campaigns and productions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external specialists/freelancers.
  • Contribute to the development of creative processes and team capabilities.
  • Support and mentor junior creatives within the team.

 

Your profile

You bring a strong creative background, ideally from an agency or consultancy environment, where you have worked hands-on with campaign development and execution. Experience with building creative universes and working with larger brands, preferably within telco or similar industries, is considered a strong advantage. You also have experience within development of a brand or campaign universe.

You are a strong conceptual thinker with the ability to translate briefs into clear, compelling campaign ideas. You are a conceptually strong creative with the ability to crack campaign ideas and bring them to life across channels. You have a solid understanding of film and production, and you are comfortable navigating both the creative and operational aspects of campaign delivery.

As a person, you are confident, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You are an excellent communicator and presenter, capable of engaging clients and stakeholders at different levels. You balance independence with a collaborative mindset and enjoy working closely with others to create the best possible outcomes.

You are a native Danish speaker with strong English skills, as the agency operates in an international environment with English as a primary working language.
