Commercial Development Lead to Framna
On behalf of Framna Denmark, we are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-oriented Commercial Development Lead to join their commercial team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and qualifying the early-stage pipeline, initiating strategic dialogues with senior stakeholders, and positioning Framna as the go-to partner for ambitious digital product initiatives.

The position
As Commercial Development Lead, you will play a central role in Framna Denmark’s commercial set-up, thriving at the intersection of strategic outreach, insight-driven sales, and relationship building. You will be responsible for developing and managing the early-stage pipeline, ensuring that Framna engages the right potential partners and is positioned as the preferred collaborator for ambitious digital product initiatives.
In this role, you will connect with senior decision-makers who shape their organization’s digital product investments and transformation agendas. Working closely with the Managing Director, Commercial Director, and Marketing, you will align on go-to-market strategies and bring Framna’s perspective and expertise into conversations early — often before a formal brief is defined.
This is a strategic, thoughtful, and data-driven role focused on meaningful engagement rather than high-volume outreach. You will cultivate relationships within organizations where digital products are central to growth and customer experience, ensuring Framna is part of the strategic dialogue from the outset.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and engaging senior decision-makers in global, larger local organizations and scale-ups where digital products are central to growth and customer experience.
- Driving early-stage dialogues with potential partners to uncover strategic needs, digital ambitions, and alignment opportunities with Framna’s expertise – including leveraging existing marketing and GTM assets.
- Building, managing, and nurturing a qualified new business pipeline together with the Managing Director, Commercial Director, and Marketing.
- Collaborating on go-to-market strategies and translating market and client insights into targeted outreach plans, account plans, and campaigns.
- Partnering with Marketing to activate content, campaigns, thought leadership and events (e.g. The Mobile App Trends Report, Future Product Days conference, etc.) to reach and engage high-value prospects.
- Optimizing and aligning outreach processes, messaging, and HubSpot workflows to improve engagement, conversion, and learnings across the funnel.
- Tracking and reporting on pipeline health, outreach performance, and key learnings to ensure visibility and continuous improvement across the commercial function.
- Representing Framna externally as a credible, consultative partner in early conversations about digital products, product strategy and digital transformation.
- Working in a structured and target-oriented way towards achieving your new business revenue targets.
Your profile
We are looking for a commercially minded relationship builder with a strategic mindset and a genuine interest in digital products. You bring at least 10 years of experience within B2B new business development, sales, or account strategy - ideally from the digital, tech, consulting, or agency landscape - and you understand how digital products drive business transformation and customer experience. You communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, digital leads, and product owners.
You combine strategic thinking with the ability to build trusted relationships, always able to see the broader organizational context and identify where Framna can create value. You work in a structured and data-driven way, using CRM and analytics tools such as HubSpot to drive outreach, track performance, and manage pipeline transparency. You thrive in environments where insight, strategy, and commercial goals come together.
Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you enjoy working across commercial, marketing, design, and tech teams to support shared GTM plans and initiatives. You balance persistence with empathy, and credibility with curiosity — able to open the right doors and keep them open. Above all, you have, or are eager to deepen, a strong curiosity for digital products and the intersection of business, design, and technology.
